Summary

10Himiko Toga – Transform
Season 5, Episode #21
Himiko Toga is ateenage girl with the power to copy someone’s appearance, voice, and sometimes even their Quirk, just by tasting their blood. Her copies are virtually indistinguishable from the originals, allowing Himiko to get within striking distance without arousing suspicion. Though the young villain’s power seems best-suited for stealthy espionage, Himiko’s off-the-wall perspective and sadistic tendencies allow her to wield copied Quirks in creative new ways.
In episode #21 ofMHA’s fifth season, Himiko is brutally assaulted by a rival villain group, the Meta Liberation Army. As a last resort, Himiko ingests Ochaco Uraraka’s blood, transforming into her and turning the tide in the battle using Ochaco’s gravity manipulation powers.Normally, the demure Uraraka uses her power passivelyon the battlefield, but in Himiko’s hands, “Zero Gravity” becomes a deadly weapon.She makes her enemies lighter than air, then drops them from the sky, killing them all.

9Lemillion – Permeation
Season 4, Episode #12
Mirio Togata, aka Lemillion, is a U.A. High School student from Class 3-B with the power of intelligibility.His “Permeation” Quirk allows him to pass through solid matter, making him elusive on the battlefield. While it’s tough to land a hit on Lemillion,his Quirk is not without its limitations: Lemillion can’t breathe while his “Permeation” is active, and must keep at least one part of his body solid or else he will fall through the Earth.
Luckily, Lemillion thrives when limitations are placed on him, like when he fights three Villains at once in season 4, episode #12, “Lemillion”.After rescuing a young girl, Mirio fends off her three kidnappers: Deidoro, whose Quirk affects Lemillion’s balance, time-manipulator Chronostasis, and Overhaul, who can control all forms of matter. Only Lemillion could juggle that lineup, and even when his Quirk is nullified, he still fends them off with hand-to-hand combat.

8Endeavor – Prominence Burn
Season 4, Episode #25
Second only to All Might in the Hero community, Endeavor has complete mastery over fire, thanks to his Quirk, “Hellflame”. His reputation earns the respect and admiration of the public, even though his son, Class 1-A student,Shoto Todoroki and his siblings have a fraught relationship with their father. Thanks to his powerful abilities and stern personality,Endeavor has the highest number of closed casesin the history of Pro Heroes.
Endeavor’s flames create some of the series' most visually-stunning attacks, like in episode #25, “Vestiges,” when he and Hood, who has the ability to regenerate any damage taken, battle in the sky over the city. Endeavor’s usual fiery attacks brutalize Hood, but fail to fully destroy it, requiring him to use his ultimate move, “Prominence Burn”. Concentrating his flames into a singular, focused beam of heat,Endeavor completely vaporizes Hood, outpacing its ability to regenerate.
7Mirko – Luna Ring
Season 6, Episode #2
Mirko is a fearsome fighter possessing all the qualities of a rabbit, includingunbelievable speed, enhanced senses, and super strong legs. As strong as her Quirk makes her, Mirko’s iron will and determination are stronger, and she allows nothing to stop her on the battlefield. Although the No. 5 Hero isn’t introduced until later in the series,her dazzling entrance is more than worth the wait.
In episode #2 of season six, “Mirko, the No. 5 Hero,” Mirko chases after Dr. Garaki, the creator of the Nomu, modified human bodies created with the purpose of utilizing multiple Quirks. In her pursuit, she is mercilessly attacked by High-End Nomu, but Mirko uses her helicopter-kick Ultimate Move, Luna Ring to dispel them.The fight is so intense that Mirko loses multiple limbs, but even that doesn’t stop her from winning, as she uses her hair to tourniquet her wounds, and continues on.
Season 5, Episode #22
Twice is a villain with the ability to produce a duplicate of anything, living or inanimate, including himself. His manic personality and unpredictable nature isolates him from the rest of society and leads him to the criminal underworld. There he finds Himiko, whose similarly-complicated mental health makes him feel understood, and reinforces his descent into criminality.
When Himiko is gravely injured during the fight between the League of Villains and the Meta Liberation Army,Twice silences his inner conflict and overcomes the fear of fracturing his psychefurther by creating so many copies of himself. Unlocking his Ultimate Attack, “Sad Man’s Parade,”, Twice and his clones use their Quirk to multiply exponentially, creating an army of himself to fight back against the MLA. What follows is an awesome display of crushing strength as the clones replicate out of control and engulf their enemies.
5Muscular – Muscle Augmentation
Season 3, Episode #5
Muscular is a Villain with immense physical strength, stamina, and stature. His Quirk, “Muscle Augmentation”, allows him to amplify and manipulate his muscle layers, enhancing his strength and increasing his mass to the point where the skin no longer covers his physique.Muscular is an extremely dangerous adversary, and squares-off with Deku on multiple occasions, which always pushes the young Hero’s power to new heights.
As the main antagonist of the Forest Training Camp Arc, Muscular and his Vanguard Action Squad team members ambush the U.A. High students during a training exercise. While the rest of the Squad terrorize his classmates, Deku confronts Muscular atop a mountain near the forest.Their clash is a showcase of Muscular’s near-limitless power, one which could only be stopped by a radical evolution in Deku’s mastery of “One for All”.
4Shigaraki – Decay
Season 6, Episode #15
Shigaraki is a despicable person, capable of limitless cruelty, which makes him an amazing Villain. With his"Decay" Quirkgranting him the ability to disintegrate anything he touches,fighting Shigaraki requires extreme caution, precise movement, and strategic thinking. Eventually, Shigaraki acquires “All for One”, the inverse of Deku’s Quirk, and becomes one of the most dangerous Villains in the world, leading multiple Villain super-groups.
When Shigaraki attacks the Tartarus prison to free the Villain All for One,he uses his power to disintegrate everything from the gates to the guard towers. The assault on the prison frees dangerous Villains like Muscular and Lady Nagant, who easily outmatch the responding guards. Shigaraki frees All for One and hijacks an aircraft, allowing them to escape, then sends High-End Nomus to attack seven other prisons and release their prisoners.
3Star & Stripe – Fist Bump to the Earth
Season 7, Episode #1
Star and Stripe is the No. 1 Pro Hero in the USA, and All Might’s former protégé. Her Quirk, “New Order”, allows her to place rules on her surroundings by touching someone or something and calling out their name. Her strategy is to place a constant rule on herself, giving her superhuman strength and speed, then she customizes the remaining rule to suit the task at hand.
Withher Quirk’s unlimited potentialat Star’s disposal, she’s a formidable opponent for the likes of Shigaraki. During their fight in the first two episodes of season seven, Star uses her Ultimate Move, Fist Bump to the Earth, which channels the surrounding air into a gigantic golem with which she can attack Shigaraki without touching him. Calling on her Air Force pals to support her,Star and Stripe channels their lasers and missiles into weapons for her gigantic copyin a last-ditch effort to defeat Shigaraki.
2Deku – One for All: Full Cowl
Season 4, Episode #13
Izuku Midoriya, or as he’s known professionally, Deku, inherited his quirk, “One for All,” from his mentor, All Might. The heirloom ability gives him the ability to stockpile raw energy to buff his strength, speed, and durability.Midoriya can deliver devastating attacks by concentrating that stockpiled energy into a single area of the body, but risks injury, which can make or break a duel with a Villain.
In season four, episode #13, “Infinite 100%,” Deku rescues Eri from her kidnappers, but Overhaul won’t let her go without a fight. With the young girl on his back, Deku is protected by her quirk, which nullifies the damage One for All does to its user. In a dizzying display of acrobatics and crackling green energy,Midoriya is finally able to access 100% of his Quirk’s power,and defeats Overhaul with One for All: Full Cowl.
1All Might – United States of Smash
Season 3, Episode #11
All Might was the No. 1 Hero in Japan for 40 years despite being born Quirkless, achieving this heroic status through the same inherited Quirk he passes down to Izuku Midoriya, “One for All”. As a Pro Hero,All Might inspired the world with countless acts of selflessness, strength, and bravery.Decades of using his Quirk exhausted All Might beyond his repair, limiting his use of “One for All” to a few hours, and requiring him to find a successor in Deku.
In episode #13 of season 3, “One for All”, All Might and his most powerful nemesis, All for One, finally meet one another on the battlefield. This isone of the most-anticipated fights of the series, and the outcome does not disappoint. All Might channels his remaining energy into his right fist and delivers a powerful punch dubbed the “United States of Smash”, that decides the battle in his favor.
