Tammy Slatonhas lost 500 pounds since the premiere of1000-lb Sisters, and her body has changed dramatically. When Tammy made her television debut in 2020, she weighed over 600 pounds, and her mobility was limited. She could barely walk, so she traveled around in a wheelchair, and she couldn’t even stand up for more than a few seconds without a walker.
