DC Reveals Brand New Logos for Its Absolute Universe
In a world of super-powered individuals, Batman would need to be bigger than life-sized just to keep up.
In the Absolute Universe, Batman went from a caped crusader in black tights to a practical god of shadows and vengeance. Batman is nothing if not taking it to the next level. But withAbsolute Batman, the next level is bigger, meaner, and angrier. And it only makes sense - in a world of super-powered individuals, Batman would need to be bigger than life-sized just to keep up.

While Frank Miller provided a key interpretation of a broad-shouldered Batman inThe Dark Knight Returns,Snyder promises to deliver aBatman who is the chaos. This version of the World’s Greatest Detective doesn’t look like the methodical version of Batman with a contingency plan for everything. The Batman of these covers wages war and runs right into danger.
