When Sew Delightful Releases In Disney Dreamlight Valley

WhileThe Storybook Valewill be arriving a little sooner on November 20,players ofDisney Dreamlight Valleycan look forward to the free Sew Delightful update launching on June 10, 2025, just in time for Christmas. Players will be able to begin a brand-new Star Path being introduced to the game with the update, allowing plenty of time for the current Star Path, “The Night Show,” to be completed and for rewards to be obtained. The Sew Delightful update will be the final free content update for theDisney Dreamlight Valleybase game in 2024, with at least three upcoming free game updates coming to the valley in 2025.
Sally Joins Disney Dreamlight Valley In New Update
From The Nightmare Before Christmas
Fans ofThe Nightmare Before Christmascan look forward to the Sew Delightful update asDisney Dreamlight Valleysees the introduction of a beloved character from the movie: Sally. Players will have to find Sally somewhere in the valley after she loses her way there, with the goal of reuniting her with Jack Skellington. While it is currently unknown if Sally will be locked in a realm that requires Dreamlight to unlock, it is easy to speculate that perhaps unlocking Sally will come about in a similar way to Jack, where she is somewhere hidden already in the valley. Upon finding Sally, she will team up with Jack to complete a series of welcoming tasks that are similar to Mickey Mouse preparing for Minnie Mouse’s arrival.
What Changes To Expect With The Sew Delightful Update
Big Updates To Decorating
While the addition of Sally is exciting,the Sew Delightful update will introduce a generous amount of new, exciting content that will improve and enhance the gameplay inDisney Dreamlight Valley. For players whose favorite aspect of the game is the decorating, many will be delighted to learn of the game’s brand-new 16-degree rotation system for objects that the update will introduce. This means that whiledecorating the valley, a player can rotate an object 16 times, as opposed to the current mechanic of four rotations. Another element that the update will introduce when it comes to decorating will be the ability for cooked meals to be placed around the valley.
Perhaps the most exciting element of gameplay to be introduced toDisney Dreamlight Valleywith the Sew Delightful update is itsbrand-new Floating Islands feature. The Floating Islands will expand each biome inDisney Dreamlight Valley’s base game, with four Floating Islands to start with: Plaza Island, Forest Island, Sunlit Island, and Frosted Island.
The Floating Islands will focus less on cleaning up and more on allowing players more room for creative and decorative freedom. The Islands can be unlocked with Dreamlight and in the showcase (via theDisney Dreamlight ValleyYouTube channel), one of the Floating Islands was priced at 15,000 Dreamlight to unlock - though the official prices have not yet been confirmed. Another exciting feature of The Floating Islands is that players will be able to visit each other’s Islands during valley visits.

The Sew Delightful update will be introducing a variety of brand-new reward items in exchange for completing quests with Sally. Players who are fans ofThe Night Before Christmaswill be able to enjoy the reward items as they will feature Sally’s signature patchwork pattern that so many fans of the movie adore.Sally’s reward items will include a selection of unique patchwork patterned clothing items, as well as a variety of patchwork patterned furniture items for players to collect by completing the series of tasks that the Sew Delightful update will present inDisney Dreamlight Valley.

One Disney Dreamlight Valley fan has accidentally stumbled upon something not only terrifying but also something so seamless it almost makes sense.
Disney Dreamlight Valleyplayers can look forward to a brand-new Star Path launching with the update: the “Frost & Fairies” Star Path. The Star Path is based around an “ethereal winter” theme with inspiration from fairy tales, making it ideal for Christmastime. While there’s not a lot of information confirmed yet about the reward items available with the Star Path, some of the items up for grabs have been revealed. These include a magical wand that has the power to cast snowflakes, as well as an icy gazebo. The Star Path is sure to bring many suitable items for DreamSnaps, and, hopefully, lots of decorative items to decorate the Frosted Heights with.
