Charles Ling sought out Guy’s medical expertise when he asked him a question that’s haunted him since his wife passed away six years ago from an aneurysm. He always wondered why she had blood in her mouth when she had her aneurysm. Guy explained to Charles that she probably bit her tongue when she fell, but it had nothing to do with the aneurysm.
Guy gently told Charles that he didn’t have to keep thinking about itand fixating on why it happened, and he assured him that there was nothing that anyone could have done. Charles felt immense relief at having finally gotten an answer to his question.

After the hometown dates, Joan said goodbye to Jordan, which meant that Guy, Pascal, and Chock received overnight Fantasy Suite dates. Those dates took place in Tahiti.
