Marvel Cinematic Universestar Elizabeth Olsen reveals her experience of discovering the news about Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom casting forAvengers: Doomsday. In a new interview withThe Standard, Olsen was asked about her thoughts on seeing Downey Jr. being revealed to return to the MCU as Doctor Doom. Olsen, who hasn’t been in the MCU sinceDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, gave the following response:
Lots of people were texting me saying, ‘I can’t believe this about Downey, did you know?’ andI was like, ‘I have no idea what you’re talking about,’ and had to go on the internet to find out. There’s a Marvel brain that just lets us know [when a new movie or TV series is in train].
