All the details aboutHonkai: Star Rail3.2 have been revealed, including its release date, the new characters, banner structure, story updates, anniversary rewards, events, and more.Version 3.2 is not too far away from arriving as HoYoverse’s turn-based RPG is already going through the second half of Version 3.1, a patch currently focused on Tribbie and Mydei. Now, the developer is turning its attention toward the next patch, which will bring forth Castorice and Anaxa as playable characters and an expansion to the Amphoreus story arc. The information arose following the officialHonkai: Star Rail3.2 livestream.
In addition to the new content centered around the enigmatic Eternal Land, there should also be a lot more content planned, mostly in the form of events and rewards for players. This is because the upcoming patch will overlap with the game’s second anniversary and, as a means of celebrating the period, HoYoverse has announced several prizes for its players, including a free 5-star character and a batch ofextra free pulls inHonkai: Star Rail3.2, which will, potentially, make it easier to obtain some of the featured 5-star characters that appear in banners during the six-week period.

The Update Will Arrive On Schedule
Following the special livestream event, which was broadcast on the officialHonkai: Star Railchannel on YouTube, developer HoYoverse announced thatVersion 3.2 will be released on April 9 across all platforms on which the game is currently available. This definitive release date confirms that the game has not sustained any internal delays in terms of content management, and it should arrive as expected following the game’s regular six-week calendar for each update.
Honkai Star Rail 3.2 Leaks: Remembrance Trailblazer’s Worst Feature May Be Corrected With Castorice
Leaks indicate that there may be a change to the Remembrance Trailblazer’s auto-combat behavior with Castorice in Honkai: Star Rail 3.2.
It is worth noting that the April 9 release date means that this is when the patch arrives, but not necessarily all of its planned contents. The Phase 2 character banners, for example, should only be made available on April 30, while some of the anniversary events will only be claimable on April 26– as such, players should be aware of their resources and plan ahead if they intend on obtaining any of the Phase 1 characters. Luckily, HoYoverse announced all thecharacter banners forHonkai: Star Rail3.2, including the 4-star units with increased drop rates.

Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 - New Characters & Banners
Castorice & Anaxa Debut, With Three First-Time Reruns
As was previously teased and leaked, Castorice and Anaxa are the two new playable units arriving with Version 3.2. Castorice is a 5-star Quantum character who follows the Path of the Remembrance. Her main rotation consists of draining allies’ HP and gathering Charge – upon gathering enough, she can summon the Netherwing memosprite, who is responsible for the majority of her damage output. Netherwing can deal immense damage to opponents and even perform a joint attack with Castorice. Furthermore,Castorice’s memosprite inHonkai: Star Railcan tank lethal damage for allies and even cause an explosion when disappearing.
In addition to that, HoYoverse confirmed that Castorice’s leaked universal revive mechanic has made it into the character’s final version. With it, she can revive allies on her team and even characters who fall when she is not in the party.

Anaxa, on the other hand, is a 5-star Wind character on the Path of the Erudition. Anaxa’s specialty is inflicting a new Weakness on enemies with every attack he performs. When the enemy has enough Weaknesses, they enter a special state, which allows Anaxa to deal increased DMG to them. Furthermore, when Anaxa uses his Basic Attack or Skill against these enemies, he can perform another free Skill. As was leaked inAnaxa’s kit inHonkai: Star Rail, his Ultimate applies the Sublimination state on all enemies and inflicts seven Weaknesses on all of them.
In addition to the new characters, players can expect four rerun events during Version 3.2. As seen in the livestream, HoYoverse confirmed the character banner leaks and announced Fugue, Jiaoqiu, Acheron, and Dr. Ratio as rerun characters.Phase 1 banners will feature Castorice’s debut, along with a triple rerun of Fugue, Jiaoqiu, and Acheron, while Phase 2 banners will contain Anaxa’s debut and Dr. Ratio’s rerun. In Phase 1, Pela, Gallagher, and Lynx will have increased drop rates inHonkai: Star Rail, while Dan Heng, Serval, and Moze will be the featured 4-star units in Phase 2 banners.

Honkai Star Rail 3.3 Leaks: Cipher’s Kit Seems Unexciting But May Be Surprisingly Strong
Cipher’s gameplay kit in Honkai: Star Rail 3.3 has finally leaked and while it may seem unexciting, it may be hiding a huge potential for combat.
It is worth noting that this update will offer the first reruns for Jiaoqiu, Fugue, and Dr. Ratio. While Jiaoqiu and Fugue were released during last year’s second semester, which is fairly recent, Dr. Ratio has been unobtainable since Version 2.1 – the 5-star Imaginary character ran in Version 1.6’s Phase 2 banners and was given for free from Version 1.6 through the end of Version 2.1, but has since not been featured as a rerun character. For players who want them, this will be the prime opportunity to obtain Jiaoqiu, Fugue, and Dr. Ratio inHonkai: Star Rail.

Players Will Get A Free 5-Star Character & A Lot Of Stellar Jade
HoYoverse also confirmed the next Trailblaze Mission Chapter, called Through the Petals in the Land of Repose. This set of campaign quests will be split into two arcs. The second arc is more political, showcasing the Council of Elders contesting the Flame-Chase Journey and the Chrysos Heirs inHonkai: Star Rail.
HoYoverse also teased that Anaxa has been seen talking to a member of the Council of Elders, so this arc will also likely revolve around him and his plots.

Aside from main story quests, players will have some events to participate in. One of the most important ones is Seal Slammers, an event that has you shoot seals in a pool-inspired mini-game. The idea is to deplete the HP of all seals on the opposing team.In addition to the regular rewards, like Tracks of Destiny and Stellar Jade, this event can also provide a new Chimera pet inHonkai: Star Rail3.2. Another event called Morning Starlight, focused solely on combat, will also occur during Version 3.2, featuring unique mechanics and trial characters.
To celebrate the game’s anniversary, HoYoverse has a lot planned. The first content is called Star Rail WORLD, an event featuring a business simulator game. In it, players will have to unlock exhibition booths and increase both their profits and the venue’s level. This event will provide several rewards, including Stellar Jade and a 4-star Light Cone called The Great Cosmic Enterprise, which is most likely the same leakedfree Light Cone inHonkai: Star Rail3.2that could serve Anaxa’s kit.
