WhileAbsolute Powerconfirms that Wonder Woman’s power levels are exceptional, I believe that even this narrative underestimates Diana’s true strength. InWonder Woman#18, she took the full impact of three Mongul-ending projectiles without so much as a scratch. Since Mongul has posed a significant challenge to Superman, this feat suggests that Wonder Woman’s power levels should be portrayed much closer to Clark’s. Simply labeling her strength as Kryptonian-level doesn’t fully capture her capabilities. At this point in her narrative, I’d argue thatWonder Womanis not only just shy ofSuperman’spower levels—she may very well be his equal.
