WhenPeter Sutherland learns about Noor’s situation, he gets her involved in their mission for Night Action, offering to provide her with asylum for her mother and brother through Catherine and an agent named Sami. Noor was previously working on gathering photos of Jacob Monroe’s fixer, Solomon, and they take the next steps as a team, with Noor, Rose, and Peter infiltrating the Iranian embassy together to gather intel. In return, Noor demands that they rescue her mother and brother immediately, which is where complications arise.

Of all thedeaths inThe Night Agentseason 2, the most harrowing takes place on the road leaving Iran, with Sami being forced to kill Noor’s brother, Farhad. Farhad didn’t realize what was going on and tried to back out, picking up a gun in panic and forcing Sami to take action. This complicates matters for Noor, especially after her allies in Night Action lie to her about what transpired. Noor is one ofThe Night Agent’smost complex and compelling characters so far, especially after this mid-season twist that makes her loyalties constantly questionable.
