Going for nonstop wins inConnectionscan be difficult when you are not sure what the categories are or what distinguishes some of the words from others. Whether you just need a little nudge or full-on spoilers, you can get the help you need right here. A few tips and tricks from us should have you well on the way to solving the puzzle in record time and getting the win without worrying.
If you like connecting the dots inConnections, you may also physically connect some dots in thedailyVertexpuzzle. You will be able to use the hints given to you by the game in theform of numbers to determine how many lines connect to each dot. Once you begin, you will see more and more colors emerge until they form a whole picture. I find this to be the most relaxing of the NYT games.

InConnections, every puzzle has four categories that range in difficulty. These are the crucial components of each puzzle, and the ones you will have to attempt to reconstruct to solve the puzzle correctly. To help you do so, here are four hints:

FLUSH
GLOW
This one seems like the easiest one to get today, with GLOW being the only one that does not seem torelate directly to the word red most of the time. BLUSH is the biggest hint here, and there is very little difference between that and FLUSH.
BURN is a little different, but the result looks very similar. Altogether, this category was the easiest one to guess for me and hopefully was for you as well.
SOLID
STRAIGHT
This category was a little oddly worded to me. Perhaps if it had been something like “Continuous Flight” it would have made more sense. But SOLID does not seem"continuous" in the way some of these other words are.
Perhaps it is meant to be a continuous state of matter, but I thought it was a little odd nonetheless. Regardless, I understood the gist of what the category is supposed to be, and that is the most important part of solving these puzzles.

Wordle is a simple daily word game that has taken the internet by storm. With only 6 chances to get the right answer, players may need a little help.
SAMPLER
TASTING
FLIGHT can throw you off a bit on this one if you are not familiar with its use in reference to a beer SAMPLER. That being said, these categories today are all fairly distinct, so with some careful deduction it is possible to figure out that this word does not belong anywhere else.
Often the words in the last category can feel very disconnected at times, so that could throw you off with FLIGHT specifically. The most danger this category has is the ever-present threat of making you hungry as youthink about flavors of food and drinks.
COMMUNITY
FULL HOUSE
This one mostlydepends on your knowledge of sitcoms, so that could be problematic. However, with luck, this is the last category you guess and so you do not have to think too hard about it. COMMUNITY might be a potential guess in other categories, and BLOSSOM has the potential to be guessed in the yellow category today. I would make a funny joke about sitcoms, but alas I know very little about any of these shows specifically.
