But Hades is more curious about why his assistant didn’t take her weapons. The assistant replies she had none on her, butHades is smart enough to know that everything Wonder Woman has on her person is, in fact, a weapon. He orders Diana to disarm herself so that her interrogation may begin.

This Version of Diana is Absolutely Battle-Ready
When Darkseid’s energy settledon Earth-Alpha, it shaped the universe to reflect his ideals such as adversity and strife. In this world, Wonder Woman is still an Amazon, but she wasn’t raised with her sisters on Paradise Island. Rather, she was raised in Hell by the witch Circe. However, Diana’s unique charm, grace, and heroic spirit remained, and when she grew up, she eventually escaped Hell, just in time to protect the world from a powerful monster known as the Tetracide. The Tetracidepushed Absolute Wonder Woman to her limit, but she eventually managed to bring the powerful beast down.
Fans who have been following Absolute Wonder Woman know that Hades is 100% right. Every issue, Diana pulled out a new element of her costume and revealed a surprising new weapon, whether it be her Nemesis lasso, her gauntlets, or her satchel, which contains a seemingly endless supply of additional armaments. Now to be fair, the Prime Wonder Woman has a few weapons on her at all times as well. ButAbsolute Wonder Woman was raised in a much more brutal and unforgiving environment than Themyscira, and it stands to reason that she would possess a lot more weapons.

Her costume isn’t just cool, it’s practical for a world like the Absolute Universe, and it gives her the greatest chances to survive. Hopefully, fans will get to see what other kinds of weaponsAbsolute Wonder Womanis hiding in her costume.
