Sonic’s Father Isn’t Canon Anymore, But He Still Informs His Son’s Heroism
Unfortunately, Sonic’s father was erased by the Genesis Wave that rebootedArchie Comics' Sonic universeand omitted hundreds of characters, which means he can no longer be integrated into the franchise moving forward. As such, Jules isn’t considered to be Sonic’s actual father nowadays, though his brave demeanor lives on despite his absence from the series. Sonic continues to fight on behalf of those he loves, just as Jules stood up for him against Scourge.
